Club kit and brand collections
Cycling clubs usually order a jersey with matching bib shorts or shorts, often with a jacket or tights for the colder months. Brands usually need a small collection in several sizes with their own label. Both are planned per garment, with one design carried across the set.
Construction details you specify
Cycling garments have more technical details than most teamwear. We build them to your specification: zip length, number and depth of rear pockets, sleeve and leg grippers, collar height and the fit of each panel. A measurement sheet or a reference garment helps us match the fit you expect.
Sublimation is the usual decoration for cycling kit because the whole design, including sponsor logos, is printed into the fabric. You approve the sample before bulk.
No chamois pads
We do not make, source or fit chamois pads. Bib shorts and shorts are made without a pad. If your design needs a padded short, this is not a product we offer.

Do your bib shorts come with a pad?
No. We do not make, source or fit chamois pads; bib shorts and shorts are made without one.
Can you match a reference jersey's fit?
Send the reference garment or a measurement sheet. We develop the pattern to that fit and you check it on the sample before bulk.
Can each rider's kit be different?
Names and sizes can vary within one order of 25 units or more. Tell us in the RFQ what changes per rider.
What decoration is used on cycling kit?
Usually sublimation, which prints the full design into the fabric. Other methods are possible depending on the garment and are confirmed in the quote.
