How is pricing for sweatshirts determined?
Every order is quoted itemized once the specification and quantity are confirmed — there is no fixed price list for custom production. Five inputs set the unit price:
- Quantity band — larger runs spread setup (patterns, screens, embroidery digitising) across more units.
- Fabric and weight — fibre composition and GSM; stock colours cost less than custom-dyed lots.
- Decoration — number of methods, colours and placements per garment.
- Trims, labels and packaging — woven labels, hangtags, polybags or retail-ready packing.
- Shipping terms and destination — quoted per route once the delivery address is known.
How do ordering, payment and shipping work?
- 03 Quote — Itemized quotation with the production range for your quantity.
- 06 Bulk production — Cutting, sewing, decoration, finishing.
- 07 Quality control — Inline checks and final inspection against the approved sample.
- 08 Shipment — Export-ready cartons, documents, tracking.
Deposit, payment schedule and shipping terms (Incoterms) are agreed per order and stated in the quotation. Shipments leave as export-ready cartons with commercial documentation and tracking.

How sweatshirts production works
- 01Tech pack or idea — Send a tech pack, sketch or reference. A technical reviewer checks manufacturability and returns an itemized quote.
- 02Sample — A development sample in a minimum of 1–2 weeks, photographed and shipped. You approve a stitched sample, not a mock-up.
- 03Production — Bulk is cut, sewn, decorated and inspected against the approved sample. Timing is quoted per project; shipments leave export-ready with documents.
Sweatshirts: manufacturing FAQ
Which fabric weights can I choose for a sweatshirt?
Brushed fleece and loopback French terry at 280, 320, 380 or 450 GSM. Heavyweight 450 GSM fleece is knitted to order, so plan for the longer timing stated in your quote and expect a batch minimum for custom colours, which we confirm during the RFQ.
What changes when I move from a crewneck to a quarter-zip?
A quarter-zip adds a zip opening and a collar, so the zipper and puller become trims you specify. Custom zippers and pullers are available, and zipper trim lots are cycle-tested before use. The exact zip and collar spec is confirmed in the RFQ.
Can you garment-dye sweatshirts?
Yes, including vintage and acid-wash effects. Dye lots are batch-based, so we quote per-colour minimums and supply lab dips for approval.
Which decoration methods work on sweatshirts?
Screen printing, puff and high-density print, embroidery, chenille patches and appliqué. Embroidery and screen printing run at vetted partner units, with proofing and sample approval managed in-house. Placement and method are confirmed per order.
Can I order sweatshirts with matching joggers?
Yes, within the same production run. Both garments are cut from one fabric lot for shade consistency; ordering the second garment later cannot guarantee the same lot.
