What corporate and uniform buyers usually need
A uniform program is rarely one order. It starts with a standard set of garments for a team, then runs as replenishment as staff join, sizes change and garments wear out. Every reorder has to match what people are already wearing.
Branding placement matters as much as the garment: an embroidered logo on the chest, a print on the back, a woven label inside. Once those positions are set, they should not move between batches.
Your purchasing team should be able to approve the garment once and then reorder without starting again each time.
- A standard garment set, agreed once and repeated
- Fixed logo positions and sizes, documented in the spec
- A wide size range so everyone on the team can be fitted
- Replenishment planned around your dates
Deadlines, reorder consistency and sizing
Program planning: we plan the uniform program with you, covering which garments, colours and decoration, so the first order and later top-ups follow the same plan.
Deadlines: tell us your date in the RFQ. Quoting starts from the deadline, so timing is discussed against it early, and production timing is stated per project in the quote.
Consistency: after sample approval, each garment gets a locked spec sheet covering fabric, colour, measurements, logo position and labels. Replenishment orders are made to that spec, and final inspection checks bulk against the approved sample.
Sizing: extended size ranges are available, with XS–5XL on T-shirts and polo shirts, XS–4XL on windbreakers, and numeric 28–44 or alpha sizing on trousers. Ladies' polo cuts are made from graded specs.
Products that suit uniform programs
Logo embroidery and printing run at vetted partner units, with proofing and sample approval managed in-house.
Stock fabric colours keep small top-up orders simple. Custom-dyed fabric carries a mill dye-lot minimum, which is stated in the quote.
- Polo shirts: cotton piqué 200–240 GSM or performance polyester, flat-knit collars with optional contrast tipping, custom button colours, embroidered or screen-printed logos.
- Trousers: chinos, formal and workwear trousers in cotton twill, stretch twill or poly/viscose suiting. Workwear constructions with reinforced seams are quoted separately.
- T-shirts: 160–240 GSM cotton and cotton/poly in a stock palette or Pantone-matched colours, with screen print, DTG or embroidery.
- Windbreakers: nylon or polyester shells with a DWR finish (water-repellent, not waterproof), with printed, heat-transfer or embroidered branding.
How ordering and replenishment work
Custom-knit collars with contrast tipping may carry a supplier minimum per colour combination, which we confirm during the RFQ.
- Send an RFQ with the garments, colours, logo files and placements, sizes and your deadline.
- You get an acknowledgement with a reference ID, then a technical reviewer replies. The quote states production timing for the project.
- Samples are developed for approval, including logo proofs. Plan for a minimum of 1–2 weeks.
- Bulk is cut, sewn and finished in-house with three QC gates, then packed to your instructions.
- For replenishment, send quantities per size against the locked spec. The minimum is 25 units per order, split across sizes, so top-ups for new staff stay practical.
Frequently asked questions
Can you match our existing uniform?
Send a reference garment or tech pack. We sample against it and state the fabric GSM and composition before you approve; the approved sample then becomes the reference for every reorder.
How do you handle sizes across a whole team?
Extended size ranges are available, from XS–5XL on T-shirts and polo shirts and 28–44 on trousers, with ladies' polo cuts made from graded specs. You split each order across sizes as you need.
Can we reorder small quantities for new staff?
Yes. The minimum is 25 units per order, split across sizes, and replenishment is made to the locked spec sheet from the original approved sample.
Can you deliver by a fixed date?
Tell us the date in your RFQ. Quoting starts from the deadline, and production timing is stated per project in the quote. We do not publish a standard lead time because it depends on quantity and configuration.
