Who we make teamwear for

  • Clubs, teams and academies

Matching kits for a squad or a whole club: team colours, crest, player names and numbers, and a size breakdown that covers youth and adult players.

  • Teamwear and private-label brands

Your own label on kits you sell: repeatable specifications, woven labels and packaging, sample approval before bulk and the same spec on every reorder.

  • Leagues and event organisers

One design across many teams, or one kit per team in the same template — quantities and size runs planned per team.

  • Distributors and uniform suppliers

Consistent specifications you can resell, priced by quantity, with export cartons and documents for your market.

Made for team orders, not single jerseys

LOMERAQ is a B2B manufacturer. We make kits in bulk for organisations — we do not sell single jerseys to individual players. The minimum is 25 units per order, and within that order the names, numbers and sizes can differ from player to player.

Everything is made to your requirement: the cut, the fabric, the colours and how the branding is applied. We confirm the full configuration — fabric, colours, decoration and size run — during the RFQ, and you approve a sample before bulk production starts.

Customisation on every kit

Decoration is chosen per garment and per design. Sublimation suits all-over designs on polyester kits; screen printing and heat transfer suit names, numbers and sponsor marks; embroidery suits crests and polo shirts. Every method is proofed on the production fabric before bulk.

  • Team colours referenced to your Pantone codes or a physical sample
  • Club crest, team logo and sponsor logos placed where you specify
  • Player names and numbers, different on every garment in the order
  • Woven labels, care labels, hangtags and packaging for private-label kits
  • Size runs graded from your measurement sheet, youth and adult

What we need to quote

A quote is fastest when you send the sport and garments, an estimated quantity, your artwork or a reference, and your deadline. A full tech pack helps but is not required — if you only have a sketch or a photo of a kit you like, our pattern room develops the specification with you.

  • Sport and garments (for example jersey, shorts and socks)
  • Estimated quantity and size breakdown
  • Artwork, crest and sponsor files, or a reference image
  • Player names and numbers list, if the kit is personalised
  • Target delivery date and destination country

No official league marks, no protective equipment

We print and embroider the marks you own or are licensed to use. We do not use league, federation or club logos that you are not authorised to use, and nothing on this site implies an official licence or partnership.

We make apparel only. We do not make pads, helmets or protective equipment, and we do not make padded cycling shorts.

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum order for team kits?

25 units per order. Names, numbers and sizes can vary within those 25 units. The full configuration — fabric, colours and decoration — is confirmed during the RFQ.

Can every player have a different name and number?

Yes. Send a list with each player's name, number and size, and we apply them per garment within the same order.

How long does a sample take?

Sample development takes a minimum of 1–2 weeks. Treat that as a planning minimum — complexity and revisions extend it.

How long does bulk production take?

It depends on quantity and the kit. We quote a production range per project once the specification and quantity are confirmed; we do not publish a generic lead time.

Do I need a tech pack?

No. A tech pack speeds things up, but a sketch, a photo of a reference kit or your artwork is enough to start. We develop the specification with you and you approve a sample before bulk.

Can you reorder the same kit next season?

Yes. The approved sample and specification are kept, so a reorder — including new players' names and numbers — is made to the same spec.
