Minimum order quantity for beanies
Minimum 25 units per order, split across colours as you need. Knitted-in jacquard designs are knitted to your colours and artwork, so the number of colours and the design are confirmed in the quote before sampling. Custom-dyed yarn may carry a spinner minimum, which we state in the quote.

- Sample development takes a minimum of 1–2 weeks. Treat this as a planning minimum, not a fixed delivery promise — complexity and revisions extend it.

- Bulk production timing depends on quantity and project scope. We quote a range per project once specification and quantity are confirmed — no generic lead time is published.

How is pricing for beanies determined?
Every order is quoted itemized once the specification and quantity are confirmed — there is no fixed price list for custom production. Five inputs set the unit price:
- Quantity band — larger runs spread setup (patterns, screens, embroidery digitising) across more units.
- Fabric and weight — fibre composition and GSM; stock colours cost less than custom-dyed lots.
- Decoration — number of methods, colours and placements per garment.
- Trims, labels and packaging — woven labels, hangtags, polybags or retail-ready packing.
- Shipping terms and destination — quoted per route once the delivery address is known.
How do ordering, payment and shipping work?

- 06 Bulk production — Cutting, sewing, decoration, finishing.
- 07 Quality control — Inline checks and final inspection against the approved sample.

Deposit, payment schedule and shipping terms (Incoterms) are agreed per order and stated in the quotation. Shipments leave as export-ready cartons with commercial documentation and tracking.

How beanies production works
- 01Tech pack or idea — Send a tech pack, sketch or reference. A technical reviewer checks manufacturability and returns an itemized quote.
- 02Sample — A development sample in a minimum of 1–2 weeks, photographed and shipped. You approve a stitched sample, not a mock-up.
- 03Production — Bulk is cut, sewn, decorated and inspected against the approved sample. Timing is quoted per project; shipments leave export-ready with documents.
Beanies: manufacturing FAQ
What is the difference between a beanie, a knit cap and a watch cap?
They are names for the same family of knitted hats. A watch cap is a close-fitting cuffed beanie, a fisherman beanie has a short cuff and sits above the ears, and a bobble hat is a beanie with a pom-pom. Tell us the style or send a reference and we knit to it.
How can our logo go on the beanie?
Embroidered directly on the cuff, as a woven, leather or PU patch, or knitted into the beanie as a jacquard design. The method depends on the artwork and is confirmed on the sample.
Which yarns do you use?
Acrylic, wool-blend and cotton knits, with a fleece lining on request. The yarn and colour are confirmed during the RFQ.
Can you match beanies to our scarves?
Yes. Beanies and scarves can be knitted to the same colours and design in one order — useful for clubs, supporters and merchandise ranges.
What is the minimum order and how long does sampling take?
The minimum is 25 units per order. Sample development takes a minimum of 1–2 weeks as a planning figure; bulk timing depends on quantity and is quoted per project.
