How is pricing for puffer jackets & gilets determined?
Every order is quoted itemized once the specification and quantity are confirmed — there is no fixed price list for custom production. Five inputs set the unit price:
- Quantity band — larger runs spread setup (patterns, screens, embroidery digitising) across more units.
- Fabric and weight — fibre composition and GSM; stock colours cost less than custom-dyed lots.
- Decoration — number of methods, colours and placements per garment.
- Trims, labels and packaging — woven labels, hangtags, polybags or retail-ready packing.
- Shipping terms and destination — quoted per route once the delivery address is known.
How do ordering, payment and shipping work?

Deposit, payment schedule and shipping terms (Incoterms) are agreed per order and stated in the quotation. Shipments leave as export-ready cartons with commercial documentation and tracking.

How puffer jackets & gilets production works
- 01Tech pack or idea — Send a tech pack, sketch or reference. A technical reviewer checks manufacturability and returns an itemized quote.
- 02Sample — A development sample in a minimum of 1–2 weeks, photographed and shipped. You approve a stitched sample, not a mock-up.
- 03Production — Bulk is cut, sewn, decorated and inspected against the approved sample. Timing is quoted per project; shipments leave export-ready with documents.

Do you use down or synthetic fill?
Fill type and weight are confirmed in the RFQ. Tell us what your design needs and we confirm what we can source before quoting; we do not claim down sourcing standards or certifications.
Can a puffer jacket convert into a gilet?
Yes. We have produced a convertible puffer with zip-off sleeves and a detachable hood that turns into a vest, with a snap storm placket and rib hem and cuffs.
Can the shell carry an allover print?
Yes. Our convertible puffer used an allover camouflage print. Send your artwork and repeat; the print method is confirmed per shell fabric during the RFQ.
Do you publish warmth ratings for your puffers?
No. We do not give warmth or temperature ratings. If your program has a performance target, state it in the RFQ and we confirm what can be specified.
What is the minimum order for puffer jackets and gilets?
25 units per order, split across sizes. Plan for at least 1–2 weeks for sample development; bulk timing depends on quantity and is quoted per project.
