Why Sialkot for motorsport gear
Sialkot is widely known as a manufacturing centre for motorcycle leathers, gloves, sports goods and team apparel, much of it made for export. Leather cutting, heavy-machine sewing and textile sportswear production sit side by side, so leather riding gear and textile karting suits can come from the same city.
Cutting, sewing and finishing run in-house on 10 sewing lines, with vetted subcontract lines added per project. Sublimation, embroidery, screen print and heat transfer run at vetted partner units, while proofing and sample approval stay with us. We ship to Europe, the UK and the US.
Materials and construction by product
The materials below are what each product page states. Anything else is agreed per program and stated in the quote.
- Karting suits: polyester/cotton twill or polyester shell, nylon abrasion panels at seat, knees and elbows, mesh-lined or unlined; one-piece construction with stretch panels at back and crotch, elasticated waist and cuffs, front zip with storm flap. Rain suits use a coated shell.
- Karting shoes: suede, leather or synthetic leather uppers with breathable lining, a thin rubber sole for pedal feel, mid-ankle cut with padded collar, laces with hook-and-loop strap options.
- Riding jackets: cowhide or goat leather with thickness agreed per program and stated in the quote, or nylon and polyester textile shells with mesh, waterproof membrane and thermal liner options; pre-curved sleeves, accordion stretch panels, trouser connection zip.
- Motorbike suits and trousers: the same leathers and textiles, with pre-curved arms and legs, accordion stretch panels, knee-slider mounts and an adjustable waist.
- Gloves: goat or cowhide leather, synthetic suede palms, textile and stretch backhand panels; pre-curved fingers, touchscreen fingertip options and silicone grip print.
- Balaclavas: polyester/elastane stretch knit, cotton jersey or brushed fleece with mesh breathing panels; flatlock seams, bound eye opening and extended neck bib.
Protection and homologation: confirmed per RFQ, never assumed
We do not claim protective certification, homologation or flame resistance for any motorsport product by default. Riding jackets, suits and trousers have pockets for shoulder, elbow, back and knee armour, and the armour and its rating are confirmed per order. Glove knuckle protection is also specified per order.
As general background: road motorcycle garments in Europe are commonly assessed under EN 17092, impact protectors under EN 1621 and motorcycle gloves under EN 13594. Some karting championships require CIK-FIA homologated suits, and some race series require FIA-approved fire-resistant balaclavas or footwear. Club, rental and leisure programs often require none of these.
If your series or market requires a standard, state it in the RFQ. We confirm feasibility and the documentation available before quoting.
How a first order works from 25 units
The minimum is 25 units per order, split across sizes — including youth and adult sizes for karting suits and shoes. Suits, shoes and gloves can be quoted together in one program in your team colours.
- Send your RFQ with artwork, logo placements, a tech pack or reference sample, any required standard, and quantities by size. You receive an acknowledgement with a reference ID, then a technical reviewer replies.
- Materials, branding and any protection or homologation requirement are confirmed and quoted. Sublimated karting suits can carry a different design per rider within one run; colour-blocked panel suits are quoted per colourway.
- Sample development takes a minimum of 1–2 weeks as a planning figure, not a promise. Leather and textile styles are each sampled separately before bulk.
- Bulk timing depends on quantity and is quoted per project.
- Quality is checked at three gates — inbound, inline and final against the approved sample — including seam checks on stress and impact zones and armour-pocket and zip checks at final inspection.

Frequently asked questions
Are your karting suits CIK-FIA homologated?
We do not claim homologation. Club, rental and leisure programs often do not require it; if your championship does, state it in the RFQ and we confirm feasibility and the documentation available before quoting.
Are your riding jackets and gloves CE-certified?
We do not claim certification by default. It depends on the materials, armour and testing chosen for your program. State the standard your market requires, such as EN 17092 or EN 13594, in the RFQ and we confirm what can be supported before quoting.
Can karting suits, shoes and gloves match?
Yes. Specify your team colours and logos and we quote suits, shoes and gloves together in one program.
Can youth and adult sizes share one order?
Yes. The 25-unit minimum is per order and can be split across youth and adult sizes, graded from your size chart or ours.
Can a riding jacket zip to matching trousers?
Yes. Specify a connection zip and we build the matching trousers on the Motorbike Suits & Trousers program from the same leather or textile lot.
