What wholesale buyers usually need

Wholesale and import programs run on predictability. You are planning stock against your own customers' orders, so you need to know what a quantity costs, how it will be packed and what documents travel with it before you commit.

Most wholesale programs are built on core garments in standard colours and size runs, as blanks or with a simple logo, bought again and again. Some importers add relabelling so the goods arrive under their own brand.

Relabelling means adding your own brand, size and care labels to the garment. It runs in the same production run as the garments themselves, so the goods do not need handling twice.

  • Quantity-based quoting, so you can compare order sizes
  • Carton-level packing specs: units per carton, size ratio, carton marks
  • Export documentation support for your shipment
  • The same fabric, colour and sizing from one order to the next

MOQ, production time and shipment reliability

The minimum is 25 units per order, split across sizes as you need. For a wholesale buyer that is rarely the constraint; fabric is. Custom-dyed fabric carries a mill dye-lot minimum, which we state in the quote. Stock fabric colours avoid it.

Production time depends on quantity and configuration, so we state it per project in the quote instead of publishing one lead time. If your own customers are waiting on a date, put it in the RFQ so timing is discussed against it from the start.

For shipping, we support you with export documentation and agree carton-level packing specs before bulk, so each carton is packed and marked the way your warehouse receives it. Final inspection against the approved sample happens before packing. Export shipments to the EU are confirmed, and we supply buyers in Europe, the UK and the US.

Products that suit wholesale programs

These are the garments wholesale buyers most often run as core lines. Each has its own product page with full specs.

  • T-shirts: 160, 180, 200 or 240 GSM cotton and cotton/poly, sizes XS–5XL. Blanks only are available for wholesale programs, or blanks with decoration and relabelling in one run.
  • Hoodies: fleece and French terry from 280 to 450 GSM, pullover and zip-up, sizes XS–4XL.
  • Polo shirts: cotton piqué 200–240 GSM or performance polyester, sizes XS–5XL.
  • Tracksuits: jacket and pant cut from the same fabric lot for shade match, sizes XS–4XL. Jacket and pant quantities can differ within one run.

How ordering and repeat orders work

For a repeat order, the approved sample and its spec are the reference. You send quantities per size and we quote and schedule against the same specification.

If a repeat order changes anything, such as a new colour or a different size ratio, flag it in the RFQ. A change of fabric or colour may need a new sample before bulk.

  1. Send an RFQ with styles, quantities per size, colours, packing needs and destination. You get an acknowledgement with a reference ID, then a technical reviewer replies.
  2. We quote by quantity and state production timing for the project.
  3. A sample is developed for your approval. Plan for a minimum of 1–2 weeks.
  4. Bulk is cut, sewn and finished in-house and checked at three gates: inbound fabric, inline, and final inspection against the approved sample.
  5. Goods are packed to the agreed carton spec and shipped with export documentation support.
