Minimum order quantity for karting gear
Minimum 25 units per order, split across youth and adult sizes as you need. Sublimated designs can change per rider within one run; colour-blocked panel suits are quoted per colourway. Final fabric, branding and size configuration is confirmed during the RFQ.

How is karting gear pricing determined?
Every order is quoted itemized once the specification and quantity are confirmed — there is no fixed price list for custom production. Five inputs set the unit price:
- Quantity band — larger runs spread setup (patterns, screens, embroidery digitising) across more units.
- Fabric and weight — fibre composition and GSM; stock colours cost less than custom-dyed lots.
- Decoration — number of methods, colours and placements per garment.
- Trims, labels and packaging — woven labels, hangtags, polybags or retail-ready packing.
- Shipping terms and destination — quoted per route once the delivery address is known.
How do ordering, payment and shipping work?

- 06 Bulk production — Cutting, sewing, decoration, finishing.
- 07 Quality control — Inline checks and final inspection against the approved sample.
- 08 Shipment — Export-ready cartons, documents, tracking.
Deposit, payment schedule and shipping terms (Incoterms) are agreed per order and stated in the quotation. Shipments leave as export-ready cartons with commercial documentation and tracking.
Karting Gear manufacturing FAQ
Are your karting suits CIK-FIA homologated?
We do not claim homologation. Club, rental and leisure programs often do not require it; if your championship does, state it in the RFQ and we confirm feasibility and the documentation available before quoting.
Can you print a full sponsor design on a karting suit?
Yes — sublimation carries your artwork across the whole suit, and panel-built suits take embroidered or printed sponsor logos. Send the artwork and logo placements with your RFQ.
Can youth and adult sizes share one order?
Yes. The 25-unit minimum is per order and can be split across youth and adult sizes, graded from your size chart or ours.
