Minimum order quantity for gloves

Minimum 25 units per order, split across sizes as you need. Leather colour and finish are matched per lot; custom-coloured leather may carry a tannery minimum, which we state in the quote rather than publish as a rule.

Sampling & bulk timing

Sample development — min. 1–2 weeks
Sample development takes a minimum of 1–2 weeks. Treat this as a planning minimum, not a fixed delivery promise — complexity and revisions extend it.
Bulk production — depends on quantity
Bulk production timing depends on quantity and project scope. We quote a range per project once specification and quantity are confirmed — no generic lead time is published.

How is gloves pricing determined?

Every order is quoted itemized once the specification and quantity are confirmed — there is no fixed price list for custom production. Five inputs set the unit price:

  • Quantity band — larger runs spread setup (patterns, screens, embroidery digitising) across more units.
  • Fabric and weight — fibre composition and GSM; stock colours cost less than custom-dyed lots.
  • Decoration — number of methods, colours and placements per garment.
  • Trims, labels and packaging — woven labels, hangtags, polybags or retail-ready packing.
  • Shipping terms and destination — quoted per route once the delivery address is known.

How do ordering, payment and shipping work?

  • 03 Quote — Itemized quotation with the production range for your quantity.
  • 06 Bulk production — Cutting, sewing, decoration, finishing.
  • 07 Quality control — Inline checks and final inspection against the approved sample.
  • 08 Shipment — Export-ready cartons, documents, tracking.

Deposit, payment schedule and shipping terms (Incoterms) are agreed per order and stated in the quotation. Shipments leave as export-ready cartons with commercial documentation and tracking.

Gloves manufacturing FAQ

Are your motorbike gloves CE-certified?

We do not claim certification by default. If your market requires a standard such as EN 13594, state it in the RFQ — certification depends on the materials and protection chosen, and we confirm what can be supported before quoting.

Do you make other glove types?

This page covers motorbike and karting gloves. For another glove type, send a photo or sample through 'Can you make this?' and a technical reviewer confirms feasibility.
