Minimum order quantity for balaclavas
Minimum 25 units per order, split across sizes and colours as you need. Sublimated designs can vary within one run; custom-dyed fabric may carry a mill minimum, which we state in the quote.

How is balaclavas pricing determined?
Every order is quoted itemized once the specification and quantity are confirmed — there is no fixed price list for custom production. Five inputs set the unit price:
- Quantity band — larger runs spread setup (patterns, screens, embroidery digitising) across more units.
- Fabric and weight — fibre composition and GSM; stock colours cost less than custom-dyed lots.
- Decoration — number of methods, colours and placements per garment.
- Trims, labels and packaging — woven labels, hangtags, polybags or retail-ready packing.
- Shipping terms and destination — quoted per route once the delivery address is known.
How do ordering, payment and shipping work?

- 06 Bulk production — Cutting, sewing, decoration, finishing.
- 07 Quality control — Inline checks and final inspection against the approved sample.
- 08 Shipment — Export-ready cartons, documents, tracking.
Deposit, payment schedule and shipping terms (Incoterms) are agreed per order and stated in the quotation. Shipments leave as export-ready cartons with commercial documentation and tracking.

Are your karting balaclavas fire-resistant or FIA-approved?
We do not claim flame resistance or homologation. If your championship requires an approved balaclava, state it in the RFQ and we confirm feasibility and the documentation available before quoting.
Can one order mix motorsport and winter styles?
Yes, within the 25-unit minimum per order — different fabrics and styles are sampled separately before bulk.
