How it works
No bulk order starts without an approved pre-production sample. The sampling sequence — proto, fit, PP — exists to move every decision (fabric, fit, decoration, labels, packing) in front of the point where changing it becomes expensive.
Each revision round is documented with photos and measurements so approval is a matter of record, not memory.
